What will I do, if I have given control of nation:

POLITICS ===
1.Reorganize current administrative division = current 35 regions, will be grouped on 7 federal units. Tropica will be organized as Empire, consisting of 7 federal units (each of them 5 regions).
2.I will give names to 7 federal units, 35 regions within them, and I will create in each region 4 cities/districts (like in particracy).
3.I will draft simple Constitution (USA-like) that will be not easy to be ammended (qualified majority requested), and I will draft other constitutional laws.
4.Emperor will be from already existing dynasty called House of Tropica, and his role will be more ceremonial and will have some jurisdiction on juduciary system. I will create and maintain events and development of royal dynasty and hereditary laws.
5.Each Federal Unit will be in a level like states in-game. They will have their own constitutions called 'Statute'.
6.Legislative = Empire will have 'Senate'; federal units will have Parliaments, regions will have 'councils' consisting of district mayors and other elected members.
6.Central Government will consist of Prime Minister, Defense Minister, Foreign Affairs Minister, Justice Minister, Trade Minister, Federal Minister, and Finance Minister.
7.Federal Unit Government  will consist of Chief Minister, Food and Agriculture Minister, Education and Culture Minister, Health Minister, Internal Minister, Infrastructure Minister, Science and Technology Minister, Environment and Tourism Minister, and Family Care Minister.
8.POLITICAL PARTIES: 2 main parties (Conservative and Labour).
9.All officials and other personalities will have names.

ELECTIONS and Bill approval===
As a developer, I have developed election script, created with 'python'; which I will adapt for Tropica. Like in-game, population in each region will be splitted in different political opinions. Already my election script has complex algorithm, that will consider many factors, so elections will be as 'real' and 'fair' as possible.
The script will handle also voting for the bills and cabinet. 

ECONOMY and GOVERNMENT AUDIT ===
Will create Index of Economy and also Index of Government performance.
As I did not find reference for currency, Tropica will use TKD (Tropican Kiwi Dollar - as IRL New Zealand dollar is called Kiwi Dollar), which will be in a level of Lourennian Franc - LFR, 1TKD = 1LFR.
As Tropica has infinite reserves of gold, and also self-sufficent reserves of iron and lithium, I will establish industry based on iron and lithium, food (from fishing capabilities), and also will make treaties with other states
Every decision of government, legislative and other officials, will be handled by my 'python created script'. Based on those, and also based on economy indicators, which will be regularily updated, Economy Index and Government Index will be compiled. Those indexes, will also influence the elections.

POPULATION ===
Detailed statistics of population growth (RP above based), ethnicity, religions, will be maintained, based on certain rules. Requests for population size changes, will be done periodicly.

OTHER ===
Army, Gendarmerie and Policy Organization will be simulated.

FORUM USAGE = I will do most of RP in forums. Also I will like to keep  https://fullhosted.net/tropica/  WHERE I WILL keep main information about Tropica (like in-game nation pages).

ADDITIONAL REQUEST (if possible) =
I would like Tropica to be paradise for refugees, as the number of population is very small compared to the territory; so different ethnicities can come and live in it (like real New Zealand); but Luthori will be official lingua franca, with Maori used as second language.
