All remaining stocks of C-623 are to be inspected. Containers that have become unusable are to be safely destroyed. Usable containers are to be further secured and prepared for transport to the ballistics factory in Veneto. If less than 15 per cent of the old stocks are still usable resume the synthesis of C-623 at necessary capacity utilisation.

First consignment has arrived. It survived the transit well. It still meets the required quality standards.
Customer acquisition has already been carried out, with mixed results. The ‘Edelweiß’ cartel has proved significantly more aggressive in defending its territory than initially feared. It is likely that further manpower will be required on the island in the long term if the planned sales targets are to be met.
As expected, those who have purchased the product so far were immediately convinced of its effectiveness. So far, only individual customers. It has not yet been possible to establish contact with major clients and club owners without going through the cartel.

The proposal for the mandatory issuance and allocation of 20-year state bonds to the Solidareca Pensio- kaj Ŝparbanko (SPSB) is hereby legally resolved and forwarded to the Executive Committee (PKdSK) for execution.
