IN RECOGNISING the enactment of the Migrant Accords by the 3rd Point Federation,

NO LONGER RECOGNISES the JAMS Agreement, thus

REPEALS the need for the WERZ to work and coordinate with Artanian states in the Migrant's Pass via the JAMS Agreement and

ESTABLISHES that the WERZ works and coordinates with the 3rd Point Federation.
