We met Minister Sleyster in his office in Bannerhafen to talk with us about politics and the most recent developments in geopolitics. After some casual party-politics questions were answered, none of which gave any new information, we finally got to the most interesting part. Sleyster usually being measured and calm very quickly seemed irritated or rather annoyed. First of all the Foreign Minister confirmed that the situation with Lodamun is resolved, after long and ardous talks the two have reached an agreement on how to proceed. "I'd like to apologize to the general public for our bold response, while it transmitted the message we wanted to send, that is that we are very serious on this issue and we're not the usual charming Dual Republic on this matter, the language was too aggressive or rather not exact enough." We tried pressing Mr. Sleyster but he did not want to answer on what "not exact enough" meant. What was surprising were highly positive words on others, Sleyster specifically stated that he wants to really thank all other involved partners and allies especially our good friends in Beiteynu as well as Luthori.

As a second point of order, Foreign Minister Sleyster moved on to Kundrati. "I can't believe that me, another Foreign Minister of the Dual Republic has to do this again, publicly shame a partner. It's almost like Kundrati does not learn, or maybe it is our mistake for granting them an ounce of trust?" After a brief sigh he cotinued. "As a power which has always had a strong stance on pan-artanian solidarity and rhetorics of anti-foreign-meddling on the continent, Kundrati sure does seem to do the exact opposite. The pure opportunistic nature of their nation has been revealed again and again, they care about nothing other than themselves. Their actions have disgusted me. With tensions rising their only move was to offer to 'facilitate a non-military solution' to gain some small geopolitical capital by acting like they're a diplomatic mediator? Everyone can see through this facade, decades of Kundrati diplomacy has painted a picture of an inconsequentialist maxime. Their public-statement exchange with Beiteynu shows more of the same. They've fundamentally misunderstood JAMS regulations and their spirit. Kundrati does exactly what the treaty tries to avoid, it does what ever 'the fuck' it wants. It has disqualified itself from any position of leadership. There are limits on how long you can solely rely on the reputation of your weapons manufacturers. *Sleyster chuckles* Using the rhetorics of trade protection to hinder us from doing exactly that is laughable at best. The more uncoordinated players act in the region, the more unsafe it gets, it reveals holes in plans and damages the effectiveness of naval exercises in the region. One last thing, it is almost funny that Kundrati still hasnt learned to communicate properly with their close partners. Ultimately, this means that the Dual Republic of Narikaton and Darnussia will return to its stance from decades ago that no harmonious Artania can be made with Kundrati in any position of power, it has to be isolated and ignored."
