Do our partners on the Royal Council wish to proceed diplomatically as well with the nations? We understand culture and education is essential here, but this would be a great opportunity to expand with diplomacy.

Quote:Naturally, yes we should assume that diplomacy is attached to cultural conversations. We should consider recognizing the aforementioned nations to this council as "cooperative nations" to the Academy. We should of course consider this list of nations to increase in the future.
