Deltaria is of the opinion that we should strictly adhere to our initial pledge of non interventionism, and take a cautious approach in promoting our values. Only when one of our members gets attacked or when monarchist values are clearly endangered or attacked should we move to act. In such instances, we always should act together, after thorough discussions within this order.

Quote:To add, while we deliberate on who should lead the organization, let me just say that the values espoused by liberals and republicans should be viewed as incompatible with monarchism as a system of government. It is the view held by His Imperial Majesty, that if given the option, the people will always eventually adopt some form of extremism. The people, regardless of how well intentioned they are, are far more susceptible to the siren calls of both communism and fascism that lead them into the shoals and inevitably sink the ship of state. And as we all know, when you give the people something, they will demand more of it.

Soon we will have people who think it is just natural to allow political illiterates to govern the affairs for all people. It is a dangerous trend that we have the ability to stop in its nascence.

We also, however wish to speak of good government. Good government is imperative in the efforts to ensure the continuation of monarchies. All monarchies should adopt a "successor" training program that will highlight the importance of continuity, moderation in reform, and the power of institutions over all things. Our progeny must not come into their Reign unprepared to take up exactly where their predecessors left off. People value stability and predictability. Knowing that the Monarchy will be there generation after generation is what grants our kings and emperors their legitimacy. Meanwhile, having incompetent successors not only endangers the nation, but more importantly the institution of the Monarchy.

I would hope we can use this body to promote good government among our members, rather than just entitled monarchs.
