I believe only you are in Vascania still, no one else went to it. As for relinquishing other FBCs, I believe you only had Medina as well. So in that case, the registrar will be updated to reflect you only having Vascania now

I've regained some motivation to return to Vorona to continue building out the Caribbean vibe I had initially established here. Here I hope to conduct some economic RP primarily, alongside beginning a new arch focusing on crime and gang violence.
