I am requesting to become the primary for the nation of Rutania holding the role of Chancellor/Prime Minister/President.

I would like to become the primary within the nation of Rutania. My goal is to create a heavily dystopian police state, where basic liberties and civil rights are not protected. It would be a nationalistic dictatorship, based on the ideals of Thallerism. The nation would develop a cult of personality around its leader, Reichskanzler and Reichsmarschall of the State (Reichskanzler und Reichsmarschall des Staates), Erwin Thaller. He would lead the National People's Thallerist Party, or Nationale Volks-Thalleristische Partei (NVTP). Erwin would claim that he had divine inspiration to carry out his mission of a Thallerist New World Order, and go as far as to claim that he could literally talk to the dead Thallers and that they gave him wisdom to carry out his mission.

Can i change the dictatorship from a german one to a celtic one and change the name of the leader from Erwin Thaller to Eoin Thaller and the party from Nationale Volks-Thalleristische Partei (NVTP) to Pàrtaidh Nàiseanta nan Daoine Thallerist (PNDT)?
Or do I have to formally request that change in the thread?

We have decided to approve this request but would like to share a few thoughts with you Chiqui;
It was noticable that you werent not really studying the rules closely and were not necessarily skimming through the ressources here before deciding to join; while thats obviously not a rule-break, We want to strongly emphasize that you should definitly keep the rules and advice from veteran players close to heart. And please DO read them.

The plans you have outlined are not banned or anything, they're just not original and have often been abused to make a "Third Reich carboncopy." So we are going to *closely* watch the quality of your posts on the lines of realism and respect for past rp. Personally I'd like to add that many here would appreciate to treat a sensitive topic such as genocide or "ethnic-centered-policy" - to use a euphemism for once - with the needed respect and if we feel like the tonality of Roleplay goes in the wrong direction, we're going to intervene.

Requesting character control of the House of Hwangje (wiki here)

Regrettably, the old forum is down for me so I cannot research or post anything regarding former RP posts of the House. However, from fragmental remnants on the old wiki the House of Hwangje were RPed as claiming descent from the Pyeonghae Kingdom. They ruled modern Baeguk under the regime of the Grand Imperial Union of Dankuk during the 42nd-43rd centuries.

The player appearing to have controlled the House goes by the name Nasania on the wiki. They do not appear to still be active, although I sent them a message on Fandom to confirm. I have yet to receive a response.
