The Government of the Imperial State of Istalia
In the face of the systematic persecution of over a million Yeudi citizens and the Selucian regime's growing disregard for human dignity, many commendable nations of the international community have already taken significant measures in response to these grave abuses.
Today, the Imperial State of Istalia proposes to transform these initiatives into a far-reaching and resolute joint action to oppose Scipio's autocratic, criminal and illegal, military regime. A united front of nations, united by the absolute rejection of any discrimination and driven by an unwavering belief in the values of respect and human dignity.
The measures we propose are not intended to punish a people, but to stop a government that has chosen violence and discrimination as its instruments of power. Our goal is clear: to end the persecution, restore freedom to the Selucian citizens and put an end to the threats to the international stability by the regime.
The measures the Istalian Government proposes are:
1. Immediate and total economic blockade
2. Absolute diplomatic isolation
3. Total Military embargo and supply blockade
4. Establish and protected humanitarian corridors for the Yeudi population

- Suspension of all international transactions, freezing of the Selucian banking system and banning it from the global payments system.
- Total embargo on energy, technology, industrial goods and strategic raw materials.
2. Absolute diplomatic isolation
- Severance of diplomatic relations by all countries participating in the front.
- Expulsion of Selucia from all multilateral international organizations.
- Travel ban on Selucian leaders, with freezing of personal assets and family holdings.
3. Total Military embargo and supply blockade
- International ban on the sale, transit or transfer of armaments and military technology.
- Multinational naval operations involving Majatran and Migrant Pass's nations to prevent the arrival of weapons and strategic materials to Selucia.
4. Establish and protected humanitarian corridors for the Yeudi population
- Opening of humanitarian corridors guaranteed by a multinational mission to temporarily evacuate the persecuted Yeudi.
- International protection and support for refugees, families and witnesses of the pesecution.
