In response to the observations made by Her Majesty's Foreign Ministry of the Empire of Kalistan and Ananto, the Government of Istalia proposes the removal of point 5. Considering the ongoing instability within Selucia, probably it is deemed prudent to await the evolution of the situation. Nevertheless, Istalia proposes to organize support for anti-regime activities in a coordinated and responsible manner, including facilitating the entry of spontaneous non-governmental assistance into Selucia.

About the multinational naval operations, Istalia proposes that only Majatran and Migrant Pass actors will be involved. The Selucian government threated directly the Migrant Pass and the nations in the south-western area of the world are surely the most interested in defend the area from such threats. In any case, we cannot overlook the risk of spectacular or destabilizing actions by a faltering regime.
