This Amendment to the Haniyaret (Yeudish: הניירת, transl. The Paperwork) concerns the special clauses and provisos identified in the 5685 trilateral talks and the subsequent multilateral talks of 5688 regarding the 5689 formation of the Homeland States of Amudim.

By ratification,
Narikaton and Darnussia,
Vanuku and
Pontesi,
(they/them/their):

(1) ACKNOWLEDGE the previous 8 clauses and their provisos of the Haniyaret,

(2) REPEAL the 5679 Shar-Mearvi Agreement with the Democratic Republic of Xsampa,

(3) RECOGNISE the City of Himmelshtern and the Lekavot Island as part of the Triad Republic of Narikaton, Darnussia and Himmelshtern,



(4) UNDERSTAND that all Triad property rights within the Homeland States of Amudim are under the supervision and jurisdiction of the City State of Tel Bira and its government,

(5) UNDERSTAND that all meetings and decisions of the executive branch, including the direct and extended cabinet, of the Central Government of Amudim, are safeguarded by Jelbic intelligence,

THUS,

(6) AGREE to establish and operate Special Affairs Bureaus as integral parts of the Central Government of the Homeland States of Amudim, in Yishelem, for a period of no less than 50 years, with the explicit purpose of assisting in oversight under a transitional period,

AND,

(7) AGREE the transitional scope to be as follows,

1. Pontesian-Yeudi Special Affairs Bureau on regional defence and global commerce and trade, including but not limited to joint and equal endeavours in investments
   
2. Jelbic-Yeudi Special Affairs Bureau on regional diplomacy, defence and intelligence concerning the Migrant's Pass and any other subsequent Majatran-Artanian related agreements, the Jelbek Peninsula and West Majatra, including joint endeavours with the Pontesian-Yeudi Special Affairs Bureau
   
3. Triad-Yeudi Special Affairs Bureau on regional diplomacy, defence and intelligence concerning the Migrant's Pass and any other subsequent Majatran-Artanian related agreements
