We thank our collegial nations for their support in the previous vote. With our sanctions regime in place, Selucia has been finding it hard to keep their economy affloat. Right now, the dictator Scipio is dead, but Selucia remains in flux. We have credible intelligence from our own intelligence agencies and our Istalian colleagues that trouble is brewing in Selucia. In light of these developments, the Grand Empire deems it necessary and wise to adopt a series of additional financial sanctions on individuals, companies, parties and organizations deemed responsible for and/or in support of measures to destabilize Selucia.
 
We propose a total asset freeze, travel ban and a ban on economic activities with the following individuals:
- Lucilius (Lucilius of the First Olerian Cohort)
- Charlus Cornelius
- Sertor Livius
And direct acquaintances of the above individuals

We propose a total asset freeze, a total ban on exporting to SOMECO and a halt on all economic activity within SOMECO member states for the following organizations and entities:
- All institutions or organizations linked to Scipionist Selucia
- All institutions or organizations linked to the Principate of Calatia
- The Restorationist movement
- The Scipionist movement
- And any organization or institution that does or seeks to do business with the above entities

We would like to put the above to a vote, with these specific sanctions to be enacted on top of the already issues sanctions under the CSF, SOMECO shows that it is committed to regional stability and a peacefull Selucia. Additionally, we propose the extension of already existing sanctions in place against Selucia
