With the war in New Verham coming to a close, members at the IDE are preparing to engage in a peace conference to help develop a new government for New Verham and hep establish a long term peace. While the IDE has its hands tied in Dovani, Emperor Leon Alexander has decided to take on policy itself and assist in redeveloping peaceful relationships in the Anantonese. The Emperor has personally invited Empress Carolina II to Altea to begin discussions on the Anantonese relationship in the past few years. Recently, the Kalistani foreign ministry went rogue and dismissed several Egelian diplomats due to the nation's involvement in the New Verham civil war--despite clear intentions and the presence of an international mission. Confused from the decision, the royal government announced similar measures against Kalistan and sent the Home Armada fleet to the port of Luncasi, where it has remained since the situation. It was then announced that a neutral, non-acknowledging state of relations existed between both countries.

The IEI, Egelion's national intelligence agency, presented a detailed report to the Emperor on the state of world affairs last week and concluded that the Anantonese Ocean region must remain firm in its ideals, even if one nation pursues a different path on the world stage. Emperor Leon Alexander extended the Empress' invitation to members of her intelligence, military, and economic advisors to ensure a full-scale, multi-level agreement on policy is agreed upon. According to IEI, Egelion's proposals for the region include:

- Beginning of military patrols along the Anantonese Ocean
- Beginning of intelligence sharing in the region
- Beginning of Military Communications 
- A Continuation of the Ocean Accords' economic and travel policies 
- The establishment of Anantonese Exceptionalism Policy, built on Cooperation and Mutual Trust

Emperor Leon Alexander understands that most points covered by the IEI will be up to Kalistani discretion, but stated that the era of mistrust, power-focused policies, and rivalry needs to end. Terra will face grim futures in centuries to come, as it always has for centuries, it is beneficial for the Anantonese region to stick together and truly engage in a new era of cooperation. The young empress has the opportunity to finally give her full opinion on the path of the Anantonese. Emperor Leon Alexander is fully willing to hear out Kalistani fears and help quell the tensions ongoing.
