The Terran Economic Forum, through its co-chair Alexandra Bacque, has announced that they will officially expand their membership registry following the successful holding of a preliminary conference in late May which showed the administration of the TEF and lack of preparedness for such an important event.
As such, the TEF's Council for the Future of Mankind doubled the budget allocated toward the filtering and handling of membership requests due to the organization being "overwhelmed" by the sheer number of applicants from across Terra.
"Even tho we are more than grateful to know that so many people want to join the Terran Economic Forum," they say, "the number of applicants has caused overcrowding in our membership department since both private and public entities try craming their way through the process which leads to backlogs happening and some requests not even being treated correctly."
Furthermore, the TEF overhauled its website alongside establishing two new councils namely the Council for Entrepreneurship and the Council for Economic Empowerment, with the latter being specifically meant for developing or underdeveloped countries that still struggle with handling their economies and the TEF aims to help those nations "successfully take advantage of their economic privileges".
