I value transparency in leadership, and frankly would like a lot more on internal deliberations of the mod/Mgmt team in regards to decisions about rules changes and game features.  Perhaps there is way to incorporate that expectation into the rules you all are making here, so players can understand the reasons decisions that they do not agree with are made, and to see who said what about the decision that led to the decision.

I agree with the positive benefits of transparency and I myself am not against being transparent, current "norm" is that we as a team debate amongst each other and then share our stances and the arguments (that usually come from anyone of us, its commonly quite mixed) that led to this stance, so that we have a "team proposal/opinion" that can easily be put under community scrutiny. Personally I can imagine that we might get lost on changes if we put individual mod/admin opinions/arguments on the board that are each getting debated, but If you have any specific ideas on how to introduce more transparency feel free to share with us, we're happy to hear you out.
