We must agree with the points raised by Her Highness. While a realm of skepticism remains between some countries, we are fully prepared to end that era of distrust. That is the reason we are here. For military reasons, Egelion holds dearly our ATENEA system, which is a radar-satellite reconnaissance system which also works as our platform for our missile program. Our satellites stationed across three major points in the outer atmosphere create direct communications with our at-sea and ground based radars, giving us a complete look across continents. This aerial system has cost us billion of Crowns in development. Not only to send satellites into space, but to ensure our software and ground based system are up to date.

As a part of commitment of trust, we are open to sharing information received by the ATENEA system with member partners. This system is precise, intricate, and accurate. Similar to what the Honorable Gentleman from Lodamun describes, it is a system made for early warning and regular reconnaissance that could in turn be used to share with partners. We would be willing to make that information open with partners as well as direct communication with IEI, our intelligence agency. 

This would of course be reinforced and made possible through a CISA-like treaty, which I believe we would all benefit from reworking to consider our ideas and concerns.
