Egelian Tourist arrested in Metz-Leonid; Public Security confirms tourist will be ejected out of the country.

Tourism in Xsampa falls into two spots. The first, is what's most common, and that is enviromental tourism. Most visit Xsampa to see our beautiful landscapes. However, with enough persistence, tourists can make their ways to the urban cities of Xsampa, albeit in a regulated way. They aren't allowed in every urban community, and only during specific seasons. All, except, Metz-Leonid, which remains open almost yearly (except for every October), due to the presence of various points of interest, but the most notable is the Memorial to the Victims of Nuclear War. It isn't uncommon for a tourist however, to act inappropriately, or be unpleasant. However, the most it gets to, is usually, Public Security stepping in, and requesting the tourist to be more respectful, and barring that, ejecting them from the country and sending them home. What is absolutely rare however, is for a tourist to conduct themselves so disrespectfully, and violate the sanctity of the Memorial to the Victims of Nuclear War, that Public Security is forced to arrest the tourist.

This week, Public Security confirmed that one "Gonzalo Pérez", was formally arrested by Public Security. A relatively well known influencer in online spaces (Public Security has refrained from naming his online channel), known primarily for content that involves visiting foreign countries and pushing the boundaries, Pérez was reportedly, warned repeatedly by Public Security due to being incredibly loud and disrespectful at the Memorial to the Victims of Nuclear War. This only continued as Pérez, again reportedly, made brash, inappropriate jokes, excessively loud comments. Despite several warnings from Public Security, it eventually resulted in Pérez continuing to disrupt the environment, and even filming for content. By this point, Metz-Leonid Public Security has given several warnings (as they are legally required to when dealing with tourists, as well as a general benefit of the doubt), but with the Memorial to the Victims of Nuclear War, a monument of mourning the dead, being treated as cheap content, Public Security made the decision to arrest Gonzalo Pérez for "disrupting the peace", "desecrating a public memorial", and "Failure to comply with lawful orders repeatedly". 

Later in the evening, Public Security did confirmed that Pérez would be sent home to Egelion immediately, and would be blacklisted from entering Xsampa again. The Egelion Embassy in Metz-Leonid was reached for a comment, but as of this moment, has not given a comment regarding the incident. The Metz-Leonid Commissar of Public Security did confirm that, "despite this incident, Pérez will be sent back home, and fall into Egelian responsibilities, and it is trusted that Egelion will adequately handle the individual". Domestically, reactions have largely been that of disappointment. Not at Egelion, but at Pérez, and the concept of using memorials for online content.  Whatever the case, Pérez is on his way back home, taking the first flight out of the country.
