Statement from Petroenglia on Export Logistics Negotiations and Ongoing Tender Process

Petroenglia confirms that it has formally suspended, effective immediately and indefinitely, all ongoing commercial and logistical negotiations with Hadayim concerning prospective export shipment allocations for crude oil and natural gas originating from the Rossfadda Formation.

This decision has been undertaken in light of recent developments, which have introduced material uncertainties regarding the perceived neutrality, procedural integrity, and competitive openness of the broader tender and allocation framework. As an autonomous state corporation entrusted with managing New Englia’s strategic energy assets, Petroenglia recognises its paramount obligation to ensure that all associated commercial arrangements are conducted in a manner that is demonstrably fair, economically optimal, and institutionally credible both domestically and internationally.

Petroenglia further acknowledges the recent decision by the State-owned Western Oil Company (VOC) of New Verham and the Government of New Verham to withdraw its participation from the current bidding process. Petroenglia expresses its sincere respect for New Verham’s newfound reputation as a constructive and principled economic partner within the Dovanian continent, and affirms that the corporation remains fully committed to fostering an open, rules-based, and transparent commercial environment in which all qualified partners may participate with confidence.

To that end, Petroenglia will be initiating a comprehensive procedural review of its export logistics allocation mechanisms and bidder engagement protocols. This review will include enhanced disclosure standards, clearly defined shipment allocation principles, and strengthened safeguards to ensure equitable treatment of all participating entities, including those from Bianjie and other partners across Dovani and beyond.

Petroenglia also wishes to clarify that no binding shipment quota agreements, exclusive or otherwise, have been concluded with any shipping operator from Amudim or any other jurisdiction. All logistics arrangements remain subject to the finalisation of the export term contract awards and subsequent transparent commercial tendering processes.

The corporation reiterates its belief that the Rossfadda Formation represents not only a commercial opportunity but a shared foundation for stable, mutually beneficial economic partnerships. Petroenglia remains open to continued engagement with all current and prospective participants who share a commitment to transparency, reciprocity, and long-term regional prosperity.
