I echo my agreement with the idea from the Luthorian delegation on a continent-wide economic council. Such a council will be an excellent first step to ambitious ideas like an Artanian Union. We've tried in the past to start big; perhaps now we should look into starting small and working through unnecessary objections should they arise.
