All remaining stocks of C-623 are to be inspected. Containers that have become unusable are to be safely destroyed. Usable containers are to be further secured and prepared for transport to the ballistics factory in Veneto. If less than 15 per cent of the old stocks are still usable resume the synthesis of C-623 at necessary capacity utilisation.
