KWAN ZHIYONG, THIRD GRAND CHANCELLOR OF INDRALA DEAD AT 99

KAIZHOU, Jiaozhi -- Kwan Zhiyong, former Leader of the Lotus Party and three-term Grand Chancellor of Indrala (4315-4330) has passed away in her sleep last night. Kwan was the longest-serving Head of State or Government in Indrala in 110 years. Kwan won each of her re-election campaigns with bigger mandates than the previous election and thus she left office with a very high approval rating. Kwan was the last in a generation of politicians in the Lotus Party who had their roots in the 4260 Students' Movement.
