Keymon Defense Forces Announce Withdrawal As Coastal Vrassa Police Forces Established

The Ministry of Defense have announced that they will withdrawal all Foreign Defense Corps ground troops from Coastal Vrassa by December 4524, after a Coastal Vrassa Police Force is established.

The Ministry of Defense have announced in a press statement in Coastal Vrassa‘s Capital, Vrassa City, that it would be withdrawing from the peacekeeping area of Coastal Vrassa once a police force had been established in the region.

They also announced a deadline to establish a Coastal Vrassa Police Force, ending by December 4524.

The MoD did however state they would continue to supply the Coastal Vrassa temporary government with equipment and that the Keymon Navy would continue operations in the Antone Strait and off the coast of Vrassa to-“guarantee that piracy and aggressive activity cease”.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also stated that it would open negotiations with whatever side won the Kalistan Civil War to return Coastal Vrassa to the government of Kalistan.

Some critics of the idea want Keymon to fully withdraw and “stop interfering in Kalistan politics”. Others want Keymon to conquer the entirety of Kalistan and establish a capitalist and “democratic” government.

The reason for this sudden reversal is not known, however insider sources have leaked to us that the Keymon government where threatened by not only Valruzia but other nations as well, which demanded a withdraw of troops from Kalistan.

Other sources have claimed that the K.D.F were having issues resupplying it’s forces in Kalistan and therefore left Kalistan.

Others, mainly conspiracy theorists, however have suggested this is an attempt to withdraw forces for a possible invasion of another nation, possibly Temania.

There has been no solid evidence for any of the above ideas however, and the government has refused to answer any of the above explanations. So we don’t have any idea, as of yet, what cause them to decide to withdraw.
