Ai Kaliay, Representative of the Kundrati Union for the Pontesi and Kafuristan v. Istalia Special Session

Gentlemen and ladies. As of now Istalia has begun an attack against Pontesi and the Kafuri people. We would like to bring the General Assembly here to discuss a resolution to condemn the war and possibly provide humanitarian assistance to the affected peoples. We would also like to see to it a formal investigation on how the events beforehand contributed to the war, and if necessary bring persons to trial in the International Criminal Court.
