OOC: Hyr, all I'm saying is if you're trying to rush an escalation to the WC out of the blue when there's an OOC plan with all of these regional players in place, you run the risk of focusing players on the WC, which will stifle RP - or it will as usual lead to assuming the WC did nothing.
