Similiar to danny I want to restrict rp in Zardugal a bit. Not that I expect a lot of players coming in atm. I just already put quite a bit of work into the nation and want to be sure to not have it overthrown by anyone who prefers doing that rather than starting something from scratch in an empty nation (been there, done that, not proud of it, so I know what I'm talking about haha). I'd like to hear what moderation thinks about the bill (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.p...lid=708092) before actually passing it. Thanks!

Unfortunately, we have chosen to deny this for now. As it stands, we would like to see more activity from Zardugal. We would like to see at least another week or two of activity. 
If that can be done, we would be happy to approve as is written.
