I'd like to formally apply for control over Dorvik, I've been putting it off for sometime. I've been in Dorvik for more or less 10 years and have developed, I think, a pretty interesting system of governance somewhere between the German Empire and the Weimar Republic, maybe with slightly less civil war.

In regards to the additional "parties", for now, I think that it might be best to leave them as "Independent State Council Deputy(ies)" so I can reflect the sort've fractured nature of the current Dorvish political spectrum.

I'll bring this up the ladder and let you know how it goes.
