Orders on operation "Saltstango"

The current situation makes it necessary to increase our military presence at the border to the Jelbic Empire. All forces currently stationed in the province of Dirakio are therefore to be transferred near the border region. Their task is to set up defensive structures. In addition to Dirakio's garrison all currently available mobile artillery divisions are also ordered to take position near the border.

Settlements closer than 20km to the border strip will be evacuated by the military. Especially those primarily inhabited by ethnic Jelbics must be removed from the reach of Jelbic military force, so they cannot be used as assets against us. However officially it is for their protection of course.
