Gaedal Tower Opens, Becomes Tallest Building in KGB

"Kimchi" Slur Draws Outrage, Condemnation from Public
Ethnic Panmuan and New Vernham-born wrestler Khatanzorig (ハタンゾリグ, Panmuan: Хатанзориг) sparked outrage at a West Dovanian Fighting Syndicate (WDFS) match yesterday by throwing an ethnic slur at his opponent, Baegukese wrestler Yiri Haeoreum (伊梨해오름). Although Yiri went on to win the fight, many remained angry at the fact that the remarks did not penalize Khatanzorig during the match. Some MMA fans online have gone so far as to call for a general boycott of New Verhamese goods if Khatanzorig does not apologize, even if the amount of trade between New Verham and Baeguk is minimal. The KGB government has not yet reacted to the event. The Embassy of New Vernham did not respond to the Gongmangdo Times' request for comment.
