Leonard Benowitz, the CEO of Hadayim, took off his coat and cast it on the luxurious chair in the corner. They were alone, the door shut, with former Prime Minister Anna Kadiyot lying on that bed for more than a decade. The sound of medical equipment hissing and beeping filled the silence.
He went around the bed and fiddled with the machinery, lowering the morphine's dosage. Then gazed out the window for a few seconds, before turning on the spot to the other corner, sitting on the other chair.
