Prince Louis resigns as Governor-General

Randworth - As the Empress in her decree stated, the Imperial Prince living in the Commonwealth was never to remain Governor-General for a long time, today the year of his term ended and His Imperial Highness resigned the post and inaugurated in name of Her Royal & Imperial Majesty the Queen-Empress the new Governor-General, Sir George Parker of the National Party. With this the mission of the Prince was over and he returns to heading the Orange-Villayn Foundation with his wife Princess Lucile. 

The Prince & Count of Rechtenberg has been Governor-General of the Commonwealth for a year, in that year he spend much efforts to visit as many places as he could in the Commonwealth, giving attention specifically towards the various cultures represented in Mordusia. The Prince stated that it was the honour of his life to be able to represent the Queen of Mordusia (the Empress of Luthori) in his new home country. During his tenure he also promoted cultural activities, buidling of national statues of hero's of Mordusia and important men and women in Mordusian history. Highlighted the Mordusian culture and organised the very first Mordusia Day. A celebration to honour Mordusia. 

As the Prince left office, he was seen smiling as he met his successor, glad to leave the arena of politics and moving back to his important duties in his own foundation. We hope we can see more of His Imperial Highness very soon. What is sure is that his tenure as Governor-General was short but will never be forgotten.
