This Agreement, officially known as the Jez Mitoé Mjtrék Oskyup'íl (Great Western Majatran Pipeline), henceforth referred to as the "JMMO", is an extension of the Vamaj Network (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty...atyid=5148) towards the establishment, operation and maintenance of a bidirectional oil and gas pipeline in West Majatra.

Signatory Nations as recognised by this Agreement:

- Cobura
- Zardugal
- Vanuku
- Jelbe
- Barmenistan
- Beiteynu
- Pontesi

By ratification, Signatory Nations:

(1) AGREE to establish, operate and maintain a central bidirectional oil and gas pipeline in West Majatra and thus

(2) UNDERSTAND that the costs and responsibility of the JMMO fall under respective Signatory Nations;

(3) RECOGNISE that one flow of supply originates in Beiteynu via the Vamaj Network and thus

(4) UNDERSTAND that any supply deals are to be made directly with Beiteynu and

(5) RECOGNISE that one flow of supply originates in Lake Majatra and thus

(6) UNDERSTAND that any supply deals are to be made directly with oil and gas producers operating in Lake Majatra;

(7) UNDERSTAND that the JMMO can be further extended freely and independently by Signatory Nations.
