Official Statement by President Madam Blerta Rexhepi on Kalopia’s Limited Military Intervention in Solentia

Fellow Citizens of Kalopia, Esteemed Members of the International Community,
Today, I address you with a solemn sense of duty and resolve. The Fourth Solentian Civil War has plunged our neighboring country into chaos, threatening not only the lives of countless civilians but also the stability of our region. Kalopia cannot and will not stand idly by as violence, extremism, and suffering escalate on our borders.
After careful deliberation and consultation with the High State Council, I announce that Kalopia will undertake a Limited Military Intervention in Solentia. This decision reflects our unwavering commitment to safeguarding regional stability, protecting innocent lives, and upholding the principles of peace and security.
This critical undertaking will be led by the newly established Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS), which will oversee all aspects of the intervention. The SDS will ensure that our actions are precise, coordinated, and effective.
- General Director: Vice-President Madam Melis Sahin will lead the SDS, ensuring strategic oversight and inter-agency coordination.
- Military Sector Sub-Director: Minister of Defense Theodoros Dervishi will oversee all military operations.
- Civilian Sector Sub-Director: Minister of Internal Affairs Herolinda Jakupi will manage humanitarian and civilian-focused efforts.
As for Diplomatic Leadership, I, as President, alongside Minister of Foreign Affairs Ilir Bajrami, will lead Kalopia’s diplomatic efforts to secure international support and mediate a long-term resolution to the conflict.
The intervention will be carried out with the utmost precision and care, guided by the following actions and objectives:
1. Creation of the Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS) - {November 5592}
A special military unit, the Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS), will be established to lead the intervention. This elite unit will include:
- Current forces deployed in the Ripolis and Rozathos districts.
- Reinforcements from Eleopolis, Ora, Ishkopol, and Zanto.
Also, additional regular forces from Dodona, Justiniana, and DariSadija, will reinforce border security in the Malahat and Kursijat districts.
2. Deployment of SSS Command and Air Operations - {December 5592}
- SSS Command (SSS-C) and SSS Air (SSS-A) will be based at the Military Airport in Rozathos, which will serve as the operational hub for air interventions.
- Air interventions will be carried out as necessary to protect civilians and maintain the balance of military power on the ground.
3. Ground Operations {starting on December 20, 5592}
- SSS Land Prima (SSS-L1) will be deployed in the Ripolis district and will launch its initial intervention in the city of Bianca.
- SSS Land Secunda (SSS-L2) will be deployed in the Rozathos district and will launch its initial intervention in the city of Mostates.
4. Strategic Occupation of Key Cities {starting on December 20, 5592}
Kalopia will secure and stabilize the following key cities in Solentia:
- Oda (the capital)
- Bianca
- Mostates
- Mosri Mararus
- Guanon
This strategic occupation aims to restore order, protect civilians, and create conditions for a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
5. Establishment of a No-Fly Zone {December 20, 5592 until further notice}
A No-Fly Zone will be enforced across the entire territory of Solentia. This measure will prevent the use of air power by any party to the conflict and ensure the safety of civilians and humanitarian operations.
6. Air Strikes for Civilian Protection {starting on December 20, 5592}
Air strikes will be conducted against any party to the conflict if necessary to:
- Protect civilian populations.
- Maintain the balance of military power on the ground.
- Prevent the escalation of violence.
7. Creation of a Safe Zone {January 5592}
A Safe Zone will be established within Solentian territory, along the Kalopian-Solentian border (road to Mostates). This zone will:
- Provide shelter for civilians fleeing the conflict.
- Facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid.
- Serve as a secure area for international relief efforts.
