Official Statement from the Office of the President of the Republic of Kalopia 
Date: March 1, 5594 

Fellow Citizens of Kalopia, Esteemed Members of the International Community, and the People of Solentia, 

As President of the Republic of Kalopia, I address you today to reaffirm our nation’s unwavering commitment to peace, stability, and the protection of innocent lives in Solentia. Despite the challenges and criticisms we have faced, Kalopia remains resolute in its mission to end the suffering caused by the Solentian civil war and to prevent the rise of extremism that threatens not only Solentia but the entire Majatran continent. 

Clarifying Kalopia’s Mission in Solentia 

The Kalopian intervention in Solentia was launched with two primary objectives. First, to end the devastating civil war that had torn Solentia apart and claimed countless lives. Second, to prevent the establishment of Ahmadi State (ASIM), a terrorist entity that poses a direct and existential threat to Kalopia, the Majatran region, and the international community. 

Ahmadi State is not only a threat to regional stability but also a key player in the international drug trade, which funds their extremist activities. Allowing such an entity to take root in Solentia would have endangered the lives of Kalopians and fueled global instability. Our intervention was, and remains, a necessary step to protect our people and prevent the spread of terror. 

Addressing Misconceptions About Airstrikes 

I must also address the false claims regarding civilian casualties caused by Kalopian airstrikes in Solentia. These allegations are unverified by neutral organizations and are being used as propaganda by those who seek to undermine our mission. 

Kalopian airstrikes have been strategic and precise, targeting only the terrorist forces of Jaysh Ahmadi and Ahmadi State. At no point have Kalopian forces deliberately targeted civilians. Our military operations are conducted with the utmost care to minimize harm to innocent lives, and any claims to the contrary are baseless and misleading. 

Deployment of Great Baeguk Forces 

I am pleased to announce the deployment of 450 soldiers from the Kingdom of Great Baeguk, under the esteemed Nuribom Unit (누리봄部隊), to the Guanon district in Solentia. This unit, composed of highly trained infantry and medical personnel, will operate under the command structure of the Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS). Their expertise in counter-terrorism, logistics, and humanitarian support will greatly enhance our coalition’s efforts to stabilize the region and protect the lives of innocent civilians. 

On behalf of the Republic of Kalopia, I extend my deepest gratitude to His Imperial Majesty Emperor Hwamu, the government of Great Baeguk, and the brave men and women of the Nuribom Unit for their unwavering commitment to this mission. 

Humanitarian Support from Lodamun 

In these trying times, the humanitarian crisis in Solentia remains a grave concern. Millions of Solentians face the threat of famine, and it is our moral obligation to ensure that their suffering is alleviated. I am profoundly grateful to the Commonwealth of Lodamun for their generous humanitarian support. 

Starting today, Lodamun will begin distributing humanitarian aid to Solentia by air. This critical assistance will provide much-needed relief to those affected by the ongoing conflict and blockade. I thank President Haney and the people of Lodamun for their compassion and solidarity in addressing this urgent crisis. 

Acknowledgment of Military Support 

I also wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Kingdom of Great Baeguk and the Pontesiatsi Hamazanduyun Vetsi for their steadfast military support. Their contributions to our coalition have been invaluable in countering the extremist threat posed by ASIM (Ahmadi State in Majatra) and stabilizing the region. 

The unity of our coalition demonstrates the strength of international cooperation in the face of adversity. Together, we stand as a bulwark against the forces of terror and instability, working tirelessly to bring peace and security to Solentia.

While we have made progress, the road ahead remains challenging. The unification of Solentian factions into the Ahmadi Union and the expansion of ASIM’s operations have complicated our mission. However, we must not waver. Kalopia remains committed to addressing the humanitarian crisis, countering extremism, and supporting the people of Solentia in their journey toward peace and stability. 

I call upon the international community to join us in these efforts. Together, we can overcome the challenges before us and ensure a brighter future for Solentia and the Majatran continent. 

May peace and unity guide us forward.
