Hey everyone,
the mod team decided to start the process to create a Cultural Protocol for the last culturally open nation on Terra: Beluzia.
This is also a consequence of the planned control-scheme, if one player totally controls a nation there should be a regulated protocol beforehand.
For transparency's sake I'd like to outline the process.
Stage 1: We're here, we want you to tell us what kind of culture already existant or not to be represented there.
Stage 2: Mod review, we're gonna look through all the suggestions and sort.
Stage 3: Task someone to create the finalized protocol with exact numbers and all that.
In that sense, happy brainstorming.
