Days ago the armed forces were alerted of an impending Kalistani attack plotted for our southern coasts. In response the nation calls upon all members of the armed forces to report for immediate duty and reservists to report to recruitment centers for immediate deployment. All able bodied men of the nation are requested to do their duty for the fatherland and join the armed forces today, conscriptions will soon be announced in the states of Pilgon & Lirnak. It is expected more nations make take advantage of the coming battles, and therefor all necessary preparations are taking place.

The naval forces of Kundrati are deploying in the Artanian sea as we speak, all citizens are encouraged to begin stockpiling goods as the economy transitions from civilian goods to military necessities alone. Please listen to local commissars for instruction and be prepared to enter your dwelling bunkers in the case of air attack sirens. All citizens are encouraged to receive chemical warfare protection kits at your local distribution center. Caloric intakes are restricted to war time emergency ration levels, martial law is in effect and all travel in the country for non-military duties is to be restricted to designated routes while main highways are essential service routes.
