The Istalian delegation remained impassive the whole time listening to the pompous and fallacious words of yet another Thaller kinglet of Deltaria, Istalians got used to the Thaller's poison, but they expressed a more surprised reaction listening to the words of the representative of Beluzian.
Once the last delegate to talk sat down, Prince Alessandro, adjusting his grey teal-colored uniform as a General of the Army, particularly careful to arrange in the best possible way the flock of medals earned on the battlefield, without esitation and with the fire in his eyes, stood up asking to speak while the Foreign Minister Salgari, after having exchanged some few words with the Minister Secretary of State Monaldi seated alogside him, discretely jotted down a note in his notebook ("don't we have a Beluzian ambassador yet? I don't think so... I don't even remember where their embassy in Romula is... maybe the consul... in anycase, prepare and send an official protest with a request for explanations to the Government of Beluzian!!!!")

Distinguished participants of the Altéa Conference,

You will forgive me, but before being the Grand Prince of the Crown and heir to the Throne of Istalia, I am a soldier and as such I am not accustomed to mincing words, so please excuse me if I seem "overly" direct in answering His Majesty Slavko in this way, but with what courage does the Emperor of Deltaria dare to speak of legitimacy and rogue state when addressing Istalia? First of all, if we want to address the issue of legitimacy, Quanzar is certainly not the one who can give lessons on the subject: a fictitious entity, a mere puppet state created by foreign forces that invaded our country. Quanzar was legitimate only in the eyes of those who built it and, obviously, of those who now accompany the Quanzar real masters for convenience. Countries large and small, strong and weak, can say what they want, but what really matters is the free and spontaneous support that a people offers to its government. Istalia can boast just this: a united, determined people, who have faced years of suffering, struggles and sacrifices to reunite their country. On that battlefield we left fathers, mothers, sons, sisters, brothers, friends, compatriots, the blood of my people as a testimony of our will to take back what is and has always been ours and above all to counter the plan of many and now innumerable dark powers that has actually been going on for over three millennia, that is, the cancellation of Istalia from the maps and the suppression of our identity! Since 2263, when the First Republic, the first sovereign state created by the Istalian people, for the Istalian people and of the Istalian people, our people have had to face the threat of eradication over and over again, but each time, those evil intentions have been thwarted by the resilience and determination of my people, who in one way or another, in the end, have always managed to regain their freedom and defend their right to existence and to their own land and you can be sure that even this latest attempt, these unrealistic hopes expressed today by Deltaria and Kafuristan will be thwarted, clashing against the will of an entire people, almost 160 million Istalians. So, certainly such declarations do not scare us after thirty years of much greater suffering, and with all due respect to those who have such a ridiculous hope, strong in our history, I can assure you that Istalia will always be united, free and eternal.

Now let's talk of the issue of refugees. Does the Emperor of Deltaria and everyone else at this conference really believe that the arrival of 500,000 people in Istalia was an act of compassion? No, it was not. The Majatran forces, anchored in a distant past erased by millennia of history, have imposed an artificial entity on our territory, turning millions of citizens into second-class people in their own homes. And to increase the numbers of and thus the power of this ruling minority, they have exploited the chaos in Solentia for their own purposes, deporting half a million people to our country not to help them, but to use them as a mere demographic tool to support their puppet, apartaid regime. And we have seen how those people cared for those refugees when they left them to their fate focused just to flying to their masters to just save themself.

Worse still, along with this mass of people, they have deliberately brought in thousands of terrorists, whose job was to support their regime with the fear, terrorizing the local population and exterminate those who seek to save our nation and didn't accepted such yoke. And now we are supposed to be the ones to take charge of this situation? No, my country cannot and does not want to bear the weight of a problem generated by the sly plans of those who imposed this yoke on us. They tried to erase our identity, to steal lands from us and turn them into a Majatran nation "as it has always been", when historical reality shows that the Majatran dominion was nothing more than an occupation that lasted 400 years out of over 5,000 years of Istalia history. Despite this and despite the accusations that have been leveled at us several times, the Majatran minority in Istalia has always been this, a minority, originated from that foreign fomination but for millennia recognized, protected and integrated, with laws that have protected their identity, with countless Istalians of Majatran origin who have held the highest offices of the State over and over again. In the veins of my own family flows Majatran blood. Unlike Deltaria, Istalia doesn't discovered today what means compassion, hospitality and tollerance, we can boast a millennial-long history of support for the oppressed and persecuted ones of the world. All this, alas, was ignored and we have been betrayed when the opportunity presented itself, and too many of those majatrans betrayed the people that for countless generations have been their fellow citizens, their neighbors, their co-workers, and so on, shamefully siding with the enemy and helping him in the vain attempt to destroy our nation, their nation, where for millennia they lived and prospered, contributing to enrich our culture but then nevertheless, surely attracted by the promise of power and money, or blinded by the sick fundamentalist Ahmadi ideology, that despised even the majatrans that here in Istalia had embraced our value and culture, they have opted for betrayal.

Now, managing these traitors will be the task of the Istalian government, but it is not our duty to take charge of 500 thousand foreigners illegally deported to our country. No recognized Istalian authority has made this decision: as already underlined, it was an imposition by a puppet government and its masters. Deltaria and its allies can continue to call our lands as they prefer, they can recognize as the "legitimate government" a group of traitors who imposed the racist rule of a minority supported by Ahmadi fanatics and extremists who brought death and terror among my people, but all this will not change the reality of the facts.

Istalia has suffered enough to get lost in sterile pseudo-humanitarian debates that only hide interests of domination and subjugation. Our country is rebuilding itself with sacrifice, thinking of millions of citizens who have lost everything: homes, jobs, loved ones. Our energy is rationed, in every city large and small there are lines of Istalians who with their ration cards queue for hours for a bit of pasta and bread. We do not have the resources to also take care of 500 thousand foreigners who, I repeat once again, were brought here by force to serve a political agenda that had nothing to do with compassion. We are here today to ask for help in opening channels of dialogue with Solentia so that these people can return home. Where is the harm in this? Are we perhaps being told that we are obliged to take care of them? On what basis? While our government is trying to revive a country in ruins after thirty years of conflict? Even if we wanted to take on the guilt of the old communist regime, we owe nothing to these 500,000 refugees: our people have already paid with their own blood the price of past mistakes by overthrowing that regime which in any case, as just said, had no role in the decision taken by the so-called Grand Emirate of Quanzar and its masters, and even less was this foreseen in the treaty of shame signed in 5593.

And Deltaria dares to come to talk to us about compassion? You, who have allied yourselves with those who orchestrated this tragedy? With those who armed and trained barbaric terrorists to spread terror among our people, who shot our fellow citizens en masse in the squares of our occupied cities? Who launched terror campaigns against defenseless Italian citizens? Where do you think the resources for all this came from? Compassion... they come to talk to us about compassion... and what's more, the one lecturing us is a Thaller! A Thaller, for God's sake! And it's already a lot if we are willing to give an answer to a Thaller, just out of respect for the other participants in this Conference, because Istalia has certainly not forgotten how much harm the Thallers have done to our people and how much our great nation has done to fight the cancer of the Thallers that unfortunately, despite the infamy that this family and its ideology of absolute domination brings with it, continues to spread like a poison in the world. You may show yourselves with the mask of compassion, but your words and your decisions continue to reveal your true self.
And to those that so lightly are ready to accuse us to be "extremists", in which way are we "extremists"? I just want to ask to the representative of Beluzia how he dares to talk about us considering Istalia like the Thallerist regime existing in Rutania and their "pure blood" horror policies? Or maybe Beluzia considers the Thallerist regime established in Deltaria, which brutally cracked down on democratic protests just two years ago when the Emperor was consolidating his personal power, to be less extremist than Istalia, where in millions have die to re-establish freedom and democracy? Unbelieveble, the world is upside down! But these are just other lies that our enemies has spread to undermine us and our country, to tarnish it in the world's eyes.

May this conference reflect well on the ridiculous lies to which it has been forced to listen today and may you once again forgive this rude soldier if he did not adhere to the diplomatic tones due to such an international event and such refined salons, but after all the suffering that my people have had to endure, one could not remain silent and one could not contain oneself in the face of such shameful accusations and above all in the face of those who, still, deny our right to exist.
Deltaria, if it were truly faithful to her rant about compassion, and was not just boasting about the agenda of her new Kafuri ally, it would have come up with concrete proposals to help those people instead of ranting about how evil the Istalians are and how uncompassionate they are. Let me just say, and I'll finish, speaking of compassion, that died on the battlefields and under the axe of the Ahmadi fundamentalist terror of the Majatrans along with millions of my compatriots.
