The Kingdom of Dolgava welcomes the return of the General Assembly. We all know the failings of the world congress, and that it died out of imperialistic ambitions, and greed mainly. We are seeing some of that behavior displayed at this meeting here and now, and I suggest that we reflect upon this, and try not to repeat such rhetoric in the future. Imperialism, and means of control through those means, should not be the end goal for any nation!

The Kingdom of Dolgava wants nothing more than peace and security in both the Mad Dog Ocean, as well as the Anantonese Sea, and especially in Keris. I would like to thank Egelion for providing a means of fostering peace and keeping stability on this continent, as well as fostering peace throughout the world. I am looking forward to working with our Egelion friends in maintaining peace and stability in the region for years to come.

The rise of authoritarianism across the globe is very worrying, it is our hope that the discussions at this conference will both address and lay out plans to deal with this problem moving forward. With the reopening of the World Congress, hopefully something can be substantially done about this.

We will be listening to the proposals put forward, and I am sure this will not be my last statement at this conference, for sure.
