TITLE XII FOREIGN ACTIVITIES

Section 1-  Intelligence and Diplomatic Regulations
XII.1.a  Nation's policy with regards to an intelligence agency-  The nation has an intelligence agency that is permitted by law to undertake all types of covert operations in other countries.

XII.1.b  The government's policy concerning the export of weapons to other nations-  The government must approve all arms sales on a case by case basis.

XII.1.c  The government's policy concerning diplomatic immunity-  The government grants no diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are subject to arrest and prosecution and civil action under all laws of the host nation.

XII.1.d  The government's policy regarding foreign embassies-  Foreign countries may establish an embassy after obtaining approval from the Foreign Office.

XII.1.e  Policy on the appointment of diplomatic officers-  The head of state appoints diplomatic officers (ambassadors, consul-generals, etc.)

Section 2-  Migration
XII.2.a  The government's stance on Undocumented immigrants-  The government attempts to contact undocumented immigrants and obtain basic contact information in case of an emergency.

XII.2.b  Travel by nationals to foreign nations-  The nation issues passports on demand for any reason to its nationals

XII.2.c  Travel by foreigners to the nation-  The nation imposes no border controls on visitors.

XII.2.d  Government policy concerning immigration-  Everyone is allowed to reside permanently in this nation.

XII.2.e  The national refugee policy-  All refugees are welcome, regardless of their reason, and given aid in integrating them into the country.

Section 3-  Foreign Policy
XII.3.a  Policy on climate change-  The official government position is that climate change is a serious issue. We need to take significant steps to stop it.

XII.3.b  International trade Orientation-  The nation imposes reciprocal tariffs on imports, with no tariffs imposed on states which impose no tariffs on our exports.

XII.3.c  Government policy towards giving aid to foreign countries-  The government only gives aid for disaster relief in foreign countries.
