CultPro reform for Utari Mosi - Replacing Ainu language?

I'd agree with this, perhaps keeping the Ainu as a localized people perhaps in the western portion of the country, keeping close ties to the Asian nations of Sekowo and Baeguk. Perhaps the inclusion of another group? Tatar perhaps, I'm not sure. I would be supportive of Uyhgur.
