In a private, but most important meeting at Villamor Palace, King Romulo and Representatives of the Xsampan government, signed a monumental treaty to bring together Altea and Metz-Leonid. The treaty known as the Altea-Metz-Leonid Pact, is a formal agreement between Egelion and Xsampa that focuses on bringing the country closer together regarding ideology, diplomacy, and culture. 

The agreement, known as the Lion-Yak Pact informally, brings a newfound relationship between Keris and Dovani. At the ratification ceremony, Royal Councilor Mondragon stated that this was an example of the direction Egelion will go regarding foreign policy. Royal Councilor Mondragon states that current global leadership is unfit to take the up a new mantle of progress and global cooperation. With the Kundrati war tanking global markets and creating faults in leadership, Altea recognizes that future stability and progress rests in Dovani. 

The pact, according to released documents, focuses on Egelion and Xsampa sharing and collaborating on several fronts, mainly through diplomacy, culture, and ideology. While both countries have two distinct forms of government, the shared ideals that both nations have in terms of leadership cannot be discounted. Altea will soon begin to spread the Egelian language and culture to parts of Dovani, including Xsampa, in an effort to make Egelion's presence known. 

This new foreign policy is approved by King Romulo, who believes that older powers must accept a new reality that cannot be unchanged: a new order is settling in and one can trace the beginning of the end to the incessant intervention taking place in Artania.
