An immense opportunity has presented itself. The architect of the Bargas Chenpo, [REDACTED] (read, Maria Kadiyot), is currently entering the Vascanian Sea, and is headed for Gaduridos. Once she is in Gaduridos, we lose this opportunity forever. We cannot let her leave the Vascanian Sea. We have a timeframe of approximately 72 hours. Operation: Guilty Masquerade will ensure the subject doesn't escape.

Special Operations from the Xsampan Democratic Army Navy (XDAN) will be under direct CSS jurisdiction for the duration of this operation. The goal is simple. Seize the ship.

The main components of this operation are as follows:
- Heavy RoE. Civilian casualties are undesirable, and preventable. Keep it prevented.
- Authorize the seizure team to only speak in Canrillaise. We don't want loose ends pointing towards Xsampan involvement.
- Seize [REDACTED]. This includes her gem (The Meleh's Gem).
- Sedate the crew. They will be dealt with separately. 
- Scuttle the ship. No traces of Xsampan presence must be allowed.

This is a one time opportunity. We would be fools to waste it. Operation: Guilty Masquerade can bring proper justice to many Xsampans. More than just a peace treaty could. Possession of the gem will ensure that Xsampa is never again harmed by Yeudis.
