"Si, Majestad. Our access to high altitudes here make it easy to connect to our satellites. While Altea is at an advantage also thanks to its altitude, our frequencies here are far superior."
"Commander, about our radar, how confident are we that they can track hypersonic speed projectiles?"
"Majestad, we understand that our system is heavily capable of stopping most projectiles, even ballistics as was seen with the Beiteynuese, but I'm afraid we cannot counter hypersonic weaponry. We are already at our end of the technological spectrum. We would need years of research and studies to even think of the possibilities."
"General, I do understand, according to our intelligence, that there are no nations that are currently researching or development such weaponry. In an effort to secure our nation, should we become the trial?"
"Majestad, with all due respect, researching this weaponry will be expensive. According to the Royal Councilor Cascabel, we will need to make several cuts elsewhere to begin this multi-year project. We must consider the following: we have no adversaries."
"It is only a matter of time, General. We must not make enemies of course, but we must also be prepared for one......"

"I will talk to Ibarra and Cascabel for options. I recognize this may not be the moment for full development, but I want research started in Altea, Cartablanca, and Norterra. All of our minds together for the common good. As far as our current systems, we simply need to upkeep, not update. I will not spend anymore Crowns on this system.
