Edgar Ispiryan arrives in kalistan

E(dgar) arrives at the airport in Kafuristan and calls a cab to drive him toward sthe adress that was written down. He goes in the bar and their is a man seated, he goes up to him and says how it was instructed "what did the goose give to the frog?" gets papers in hands of a known smuggle route towards istalia. Edgar nods and walks away.
He finds the station where they dock, so he waits and observes.
couple of hours laters, he sees a small boat docking and sees some men jumping off, he goes up to them and asks some random questions, until he asks "you guys want some real cash? or does the PCI pays people enough?"
the smugglers are confused looking at each other while one replies "depends on what you're offering"
E: takes a picture of a person and says "350 000$" and gives a wink.
the smugglers smile and replies "fine, give us some days to work something out."
Edgar smiles, gives a burner and says, call me with that phone.
The smugglers did their business and went back to Istalia.
