The startup, with the support of VerTech and in collaboration with the Imperial Central Bank of Istalia, aims to revolutionize financial fraud prevention
CALEON - The national economic scene today welcomes a new strategic player in the fight against fraud and crime related to monetary transactions: AegisFlow, a company specializing in anti-fraud security for financial intermediaries, which is extending its services to banking and stock market transactions. At the heart of the project is a partnership with VerTech, a leading developer of information systems based on Artificial Intelligence, which will provide the digital platform destined to become the operational cornerstone of the startup.
AegisFlow aims to offer banks, financial institutions, payment platforms, and stock market operators an integrated fraud monitoring and prevention service. Thanks to predictive analysis of transaction behavior, VerTech's AI system can identify suspicious anomalies in real time, activating automatic blocking procedures and providing detailed reports for targeted interventions.
The software dynamically adapts to new fraud schemes, tracking patterns of organized crime and money laundering. For the stock market, the platform also offers suspicious behavior analysis on complex transactions, helping to ensure transparency and reliability in capital flows.
AegisFlow offers various service levels, from packages for small and medium-sized businesses to enterprise solutions for banks and brokers. Services include transaction monitoring, specialized consulting, periodic audits, and cyber attack simulations to test system resilience.
Among the most significant initiatives is the launch of an agreement with the Imperial Central Bank of Istalia, aimed at integrating the startup's control systems with official national financial surveillance protocols, creating a direct channel for reporting suspicious transactions and strengthening public-private collaboration in fraud prevention.
The domestic market for digital financial security and banking compliance exceeds 3 billion lire annually, with an estimated annual growth of 12%. AegisFlow aims to gain a significant share by offering annual subscriptions and licenses for its AI platform. Advanced protection of banking and stock market transactions can significantly reduce fraud losses and increase investor confidence, with positive effects on the entire economic ecosystem.
The startup's announcement has generated interest among banks and brokerage firms, who see VerTech's AI technology as a tool capable of anticipating increasingly sophisticated fraud attempts. Some banks have already expressed their willingness to test the system in pilot projects, while trade associations are highlighting the importance of initiatives that combine technological innovation and security.
According to Marco Rivelli, CEO of AegisFlow:
Quote:The goal is not only to prevent fraud, but to create a safer financial and stock market environment, where businesses, investors, and citizens can operate with confidence. The agreement with the Imperial Central Bank of Istalia strengthens our credibility and our ability to intervene in real time against emerging threats.
With the support of VerTech, the interest of the banks, and the direct involvement of the Central Bank, AegisFlow aims to become a national, and potentially international, point of reference in the security of digital financial transactions, setting a new standard of protection, transparency, and reliability in the sector.
