Metz-Leonid prepares to commence operations in MP as part of observer entry into the 3rd Point Federation

Himmelshtern, Narikaton, Darnussia and the Holy Land - As part of the terms agreed upon in the Shar-Mearvi conference between the Democratic Republic of Xsampa and the City State of Tel Bira, the former has completed its ratification of the Migrant Accords, setting the stage for Metz-Leonid's deployment - for the first time - of forces in and close to the Migrant's Pass.

Alongside Xsampa, the currently active members of the Migrant Accords include Selucia, Pontesi and Lodamun. 

The latter offers a testament to the framework's strength as a pillar for the 3PF, considering that, despite the Lodamese Navy destroying a Yeudi warship in 5665 in the Migrant's Pass of all places, military command in Himmelshtern had immediately scaled back, instead.

To satisfy the terms of the Shar-Mearvi agreement and to ensure maximum efficiency and integration, the designated DMZ A will exclude Rishon Le Hofesh, allowing for Xsampa to deploy naval forces directly to the city. Grounded speculations have surmised that the 3PF's navy will include extensive tactical and coordination exercises, with naval officers hopeful that the operations may resolve chronic budget gridlocks for Yeudi fleets [...].

Sholemberg's Bureau of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that the city state is currently in talks with Fort William, regarding the 3PF.
