Kalam (Tamil), Avidugu (Telugu) and Tannata (Kannada) are the most widely spoken Vanashishu (Dravidian) languages. Various regional linguistic minorities exist too, such as Bhapori (Kashmiri), Hamali (Nepali), Yuccharizhi (Malayalam), Nolhiri (Dhivehi) and the Arakouge-Kanmite (Kuki-Chin–Naga) languages.
