Himmelshtern falling further into Dual Monarchist hands

Following a the long-standing pattern of increasing Dual Monarchist influence in Beiteynu and especially the Nisrad of Himmelshtern, the new Deputy-Secretary of the Nisrad has been appointed. Pundits expect this to just be the start of a larger shift in Himmelshterns internal dynamics as groups promoting more Narik and Darnussian integration as well as autonomy from Yishelem seem to increase in popularity as restructuring from the central government and the rapid chaotic deterioration of Jelbic Imperial authority prove unpopular with the stability and commerce loving people of Beiteynu.
