President Fein extends hand to 'democraticly reinvigorated' Xsampa

With the developments in Dovani marching on, including the new democratic tendencies in Xsampa, the President announced that the Triad extends its hand to the Xsampan People. This has earned her the criticism of the VVP as well as the smaller Yeudish Citizen Party which maintains a hawkish stance on what the media have now coined the “Xsampa Issue.” Considering that some of the Nisrads are still formally at war with Xsampa, it is not surprising that the Himmelshtern electorate would not reward this stance from the President. On the other hand Ms. Fein has never evaded her cooperative attitude toward the socialist and communist regimes of Terra. Everyone expected this event to cause a further rift between the coalition, and they were right. The VVP has called for a coalition-convent to renegotiate the terms of the uneasy alliance of the two biggest parties. In the meantime the TKP is feasting upon the slowly decaying bond of the social democrats and the conservatives.
