My fellow representatives, friends, i must express our sincere hapiness with the creation of this organization. The Grand Empire sees it as of vital importance for the safety and prosperity of all monarchists on terra. To start, we will have to appoint a High Representative to serve as our head diplomat and bureaucrat. We would like to hear the thoughts of our Dolgavan friends in who to appoint to the position.
