The Bannerpact (Dundorfian: Bannerpakt), is a geopolitical coordination and cooperation treaty organization mainly focussing on economic projects and risk management based in Bannerhafen (N&D).
The treaty itself consists only of basic responsibilites due to it being conceptualized of a loose association of the willing.

1. The Signatories agree to send a representative to participate to the so-called "Permanent Economic Nurturement and Intelligence Summit." (PENIS)
2. The Signatories promise to honor the unviolatable sovereignty of all terran nations and affirm that the political as well as cultural traditions of all states are not to be tampered with and that there will never be discrimination based on ideological belief.
3. The Signatories are not obligated but encouraged to share information and intelligence on their ambitions to assess risks for trade, culture and human life.
4. The Signatories accept that the Bannerpact acts as a framework from which all participants can increase or decrease their involvement and the degree of weight the pact has on their nation and their region.
5. The Pact as a treaty organization reserves the right to own property, develop further institutions and/or conduct investigations into specific topics if it is authorized to do so by the unanimous vote of its members.
